Why the name matters

The Jackson Laurie name is placed directly on the business because anonymous service is easy to forget and easy to excuse. A named company should be specific about what it handles, honest about what falls outside scope and available for the follow-up conversation.
This is a property-maintenance brand, not a claim to provide architecture, engineering, roofing, electrical, plumbing, pesticide application or other licensed specialty work. When a condition points beyond routine care, the responsible move is to say so.
The aim is not to make every property perfect. It’s to make the next visit predictable and to leave whoever’s responsible for the property with a straight answer about what got done.
